Teen Northshore monitors and advocates on behalf of the needs of Northshore youth and their families; to promote recreation, education, life skills, employment, and training, in addition to other activities; and to operate as a youth liaison among businesses, schools, private as well as public agencies.

Teen Northshore is composed of representatives from Northshore area agencies and organizations that serve the needs of teenagers. Using combined efforts and resources, Teen Northshore facilitates programs and activities in the local area, working in cooperation with local governments and service organizations.

Teen representatives from five Northshore School District junior highs, four public high schools and one private as well as Home school. The Teen Board that meets regularly and prioritizes projects, policy and programs.
