Information Sheet

The Teen Northshore Auto Show will feature competitions of Northshore teens' cars, trucks, and sports utility vehicles. Day-long demonstrations, auto-related exhibits, new cars from Biddle Chevrolet, auto vendors, entertainment, information tables and food vendors.

The event will be held outside on a paved parking lot with the competitive cars parked in the center and the other exhibit and vendors on the periphery. Visitors will park in designated areas.

• Offer an opportunity for teens to showcase their cars and compete for prizes
• Build community spirit by demonstrating a successful collaboration of youth, government, education and business
• Introduce auto education opportunities
• Promote safe driving among teens and the community
• Teach minor car repair techniques and maintenance
• Introduce new automotive technology

Location: Rickett's Parking Lot, 18315 Bothell Way NE, behind the Northshore School District headquarters.

Insurance: The City of Bothell insures the event. All vendors need to call their insurance carrier and add the City of Bothell as additionally insured. There is no charge for this procedure.

Government involved: State of Washington, City of Bothell, City of Woodinville, King County, Snohomish County, Bothell Fire, Woodinville Fire and Life Safety, Bothell Police, King County Police

Educational Institutions Involved: Northshore School District, Shoreline Community College Automotive Training Center, Lake Washington Technical College Automotive Training.
